What if I have more than one pet?
We do not offer multiple pets on an individual Paw Print product. We believe every pet deserves their own Paw Print. If you would like a Paw Print for each of your pets, ensure you’ve added two separate products to your cart and you’ve uploaded a photo of each pet for each product.
What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that your Paw Print is a unique product made just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your product, we will be happy to replace it. Simply send us an email at email@example.com with a photo of your Paw Print and a quick description of what the issue is.
Can I cancel/modify an order?
After you’ve placed an order, you will have 24 hours to cancel/modify your order. If our designers have begun creating your design, you will be unable to cancel/modify after 24 hours.
How do I make sure my photo is good enough to use?

Are items shipped together?
We have a variety of printers who print products for us depending on the item. Therefore, you may receive two different tracking numbers and your items may arrive at different times.

At the moment, we only ship within Canada.
