Lighting

Lighting is very important for our artists when designing your custom Paw Prints. For best results, take your pet into a well-lit room or area. Natural light tends to work best! Try to avoid unwanted shadows that hide features of your pet.

Position

For best results, have your pet pose in the "sit" position. Kneel down so that you're on the same level as your pet and get your pet to look directly at the camera. Is your pet camera shy? Use a treat to capture their attention!

Crop & Quality

It is important to ensure the top of your pet's head and ears are fully visible and not cut off. Picture quality is also important. A standard smartphone camera will suffice. For best results, try to make sure your pet is still to avoid motion blur.
